Go to BROWN's in Fairfax. Car Salesman, Kirk, was awful. They would not negotiate on the car I was looking at. I went to Brown's in Fairfax, and got a 2014 Mazda 3, with many add ons, and still walked away paying $4k less than what Bill Britt Mazda was offering for the same car with less options. They paid for my lunch, and of course filled my gas tank too. It is worth the drive from Fredericksburg. Don't bother with Bill Britt Mazda. More

Since we had driven 60 miles from Henrico to see the vehicle, Rob and other folks helped us immediately work on the paperwork to close the deal the same day within 2-3 hours and saved us the drive back. They worked with the banks to give us a good financing deal also. The best part of the purchase was the Upfront Price. We liked the price and didn't want to really negotiate on such a critical purchase. Rob and his team use no pressure tactics. I recommend Rob and the dealers for the great and fast service. More
We made an appointment to get my wife's 2008 VW EOS VR6 serviced because we had a "malfunction indicator light" come on. The service department went to a lot of effort trying to resolve the problem wi VR6 serviced because we had a "malfunction indicator light" come on. The service department went to a lot of effort trying to resolve the problem with the sensor. Pam Sanders was especially helpful. After two days of effort, they finally resolved the problem. They also were able to get with VW and have the work done at no cost to me due to the nature of the fault even though it was out of warranty. Can't ask for anything better. More

His knowledge of the Mazda lineup far surpasses the product knowledge of any sales person I've ever met representative that I have ever worked with. His composed, friendly approach allowed me to make my buying decision based on my timeline, my priorities and my assessment of the car. He was able to resolve every issue that in any way interfered with the decision process, and did so with a calm presence and "make it happen" attitude that showed he truly was focused on taking care of his customer.
