I was expecting to be met by an aggressive salesman as soon as I arrived on the property. In an age where "car salesman" is a derogatory term I found both Don and Rich to be the opposite of the norm. Instead of feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of I felt as though Bill Britt would be a safe place to buy a car. Bill Britt sales staff may not fall into the usual method of selling cars but they have chosen to take the high road and focus on customers - they are doing it right. Both Don and Rich were confident in the product, stood by the cars, and established a reputation for Bill Britt that will be long lasting.
