My husband and I visited Bill Britt Volkswagen yesterday. When we arrived, we noticed the "hours" on the door stated they were open until 5; it was 4:55. We came to the dealership with "pre-approval" from our bank, knew exactly which vehicle (Jetta TDI Premium - Toffee) and walked straight to it. And stood. And stood. And stood. At 5:00PM, personnel walked out of the building, got in their vehicles and left. At no point were we spoken to by the salespersons outside nor were we acknowledged by those walking from the inside. We purchased a vehicle from Pohanka Hyundai. They were extremely helpful and very generous. More

I have taken my 2012 Volkswagen Passat to Bill Britt for every 10,000 mile service since I purchased it in December 2011. I vistied Bill Britt VW because I was interested in a new car. I purchased a 2013 VW Jetta TDI and traded in a 2007 VW Jetta. Rich Tippey worked with me during the whole process. Not once did I feel like I was going to be taken advantage of. The entire process went smoothly from selecting the vehicle, to taking a test drive, to financing, and trading in my old car. The trade in value I got for my old vehicle was reasonable and in the ballpark of what I was expecting. I looked at the vehicle, took a test drive, and figured out the finances on Thursday (pricing, trade in, and down payment). When I got to the dealership Friday morning, Rich had everything lined up for me, so all I had to do was sign the paperwork. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when I got there Friday morning. Rich took the time to go over everything on the new vehicle, show me the differences between the new car and my old car, and explain any questions I had. He explained the warranty and other perks to me in detail. Rich also checked with a few other banks and got me a lower interest rate than I had with my bank when I first came in. I highly recommend Bill Britt VW and Rich Tippey. The process could not have gone more smoothly. More

I have used Bill Britt for years to service my 3 different VW models I own, They are always very accommodating, nice, professional, and the service is top notch. I have never left the dealer thinking I have been ripped off, or did I really need that service. The car is returned washed and vacuumed out. I can set an appointment and communicate with my service advisor, Pam Sanders via email and she always responds.
