Bill Britt has a no haggle policy, the price you see is what you get, which I LOVE. The sales people are not on commission so there was no incentive for them to pressure me. I had done internet research on the SX4 Crossover I wanted and had looked up the Kelly Blue Book for my trade in. They offered me fair market value for my trade in (actually more than I expected) and were able to set me up with financing that I was very happy with. Rob took time to talk me through the owners manual and even helped me set up my phone with the Bluetooth feature. The process was quick and easy, in fact the longest wait was for Suzuki to approve my financing and that is because they are on the West Coast and I was at the dealer before the West Coast office was open. All in all this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were very interested in what I wanted and made a point to show me models that met my specifications and didn't try to sell me more options than I wanted or different model vehicles. At no point was I steered toward any specific model, just shown what I asked for. I plan on taking my wife back next year when she's ready for her new car. More

Kirk Ross is one of the most professional salepersons I have meet in the last 15 years buying vehicles.
