I have a Shinka Rx-8 that was purchased at another dealer, but Bill Britt has been assisting with the care/service of the car for the last 5 years. I have had great service until there was a change of dealer, but Bill Britt has been assisting with the care/service of the car for the last 5 years. I have had great service until there was a change of managers. Was ready to take my care elsewhere, and was told there was a new manager, Lisa Irwin. I spoke to her as the car had to have the engine deflooded and a new battery. I found Lisa to be respectful, she listened and went the extra mile to assist me with bringing the car "back to life". She gave written instructions for owners on deflooding the engine and gave me tips from the mechanics who had recently attended additional classes on the car. I was not able to make it when the service department closed, however, the office staff arranged to have one of the sales representatives aware of my situation, and he was able to assist me so I didn't have to come back the next day. Kudos to you, Lisa. I wish you well in your new position. You deserve it! More

My wife and I had come to browse the new but preferrably used VWs looking for a possible replacement vehicle at some point in the next year. Our salesperson was very patient with my barrage of questions th used VWs looking for a possible replacement vehicle at some point in the next year. Our salesperson was very patient with my barrage of questions that followed my original statement of "we're not going to buy anything for a while." He was clearly more interested in establishing a long term relationship with us as buyers rather than a quick sale. This was comforting. We felt a strong sense of trust and sincerity that is uncharacteristic of this line of work. The VW incentives and financing offers were quite tempting but we wanted to shop around and compare deals along with other brands. Without question, the other brands were a typical high-pressure sales experience from the usual lot of questionable characters. We went back to Britt VW and elected to take advantage of the drive now pay later deal and get a new CC. For kicks we asked what the trade-in offer would be on our two old cars. It was surprisingly higher than expected and more than fair. By the end of the week it became financially clear that it was a great offer so we returned and bought a new Passat as well and traded both cars in. The highest level of compliment they could receive from us is our purchase, so by buying two cars without any intent to do so says everything about our dealer experience! A++ from the sales person to finance officer, receptionist, parts counter (I went a little nutz on accessories) and even the porter who gave the car a quick wash and wipe down. Everyone treated us like the only client they had to work with at every step despite being a busy dealership. 10/10 integrity, follow through, honesty, and price! We'll be back!! More
