fine sales dept. (Matt Robinson, John Martin) 2 years ago, when my '14 Forrester was using excessive oil, the service dept. filled my engine OVER the dipstick by 1/2 " to start the test so when I 2 years ago, when my '14 Forrester was using excessive oil, the service dept. filled my engine OVER the dipstick by 1/2 " to start the test so when I went back for the end of test it only was down 1/2 " even tho it had used 1' of oil which would have failed the test. I finally did get a new engine at another dealer, but the service dept, especially the manager, was quite unresponsive to my concerns, basically telling me to get lost . The memory still lingers and is quite vivid. The sales team was fine and after a slight glitch (walking away on a sale over a $250 difference) I feel a fair price was paid for the car. In a year or two I'll be be looking for another Forrester or Crosstrek and you folks will be where I will start my search. Regards, Phil More
