After researching my options online and consulting Consumer Reports we chose Subaru and visited your dealership. The dealership has a casual relaxed setting, again unusual in auto sales. Kurtis greeted us, explained his role and introduced us the Rose Wood, our sales agent. Rose had the same friendly helpful approach I had found with Kurtis. Rose has in depth knowledge of the Subaru models and the ability to explain the new technology to less than tech smart seniors. All in all Rose handled our selection, test drive and purchase and always with a calm, friendly and knowledgeable manner. WELL DONE More

Great dealership This is at least my fourth car purchased from St. Jay Subaru, and I drive an hour from where I live because I prefer them to the ones closer. Very personable but not honest - not a good deal Although everyone was very friendly and accommodating I felt it was high pressure sales because we were two older women. We were told that because we had a Dodge Caravan today trade in that there would be no place for it on the lot, it would have to go to auction. You could only give us 2,500 for it even when we produced BB values of 4,000. By the time we got back to BTV the van was on your web page asking 7,000 !! Adam knew I was not happy when we picked the car up the following week. He was playing on the emotions of an 86 year old who enjoyed his personality. There had been a rusty gash on the drivers door that you repaired...but just marginally. Last week I went to Safelite for a ding in the windshield that I thought had happened recently. They told me that they couldn’t touch it because it had already been touched up. I will never go back to St. J. and will not encourage others to go either. Louise More
