Educational My ongoing issue with my uconnect system blacking out in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler was brought to the attention of this dealership's service department. My ongoing issue with my uconnect system blacking out in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler was brought to the attention of this dealership's service department. After 2 new radios, installing a flight recorder, and finally, they unhooked my phone as they concluded this may be the problem, I am currently driving without using my Bluetooth. Don't get me wrong, the manager and mechanics were very professional and, I feel, they were really trying to fix this problem, but sent me on my way telling me they think its an issue with the phone and to drive without it being installed into the system. To me, this like being back to square one. Like we'd love to fix your issue but don't know what it is. Personally, I think itsa manufacturer's defect. More

Lack of communication between service advisor and mechanic My communication for this repair was with Julie. Took Jeep Liberty to this dealership because all doors locked, windows wouldn't work, speedometer, li My communication for this repair was with Julie. Took Jeep Liberty to this dealership because all doors locked, windows wouldn't work, speedometer, lights, back hatch (window) was not closing due to locking mechanism not unlocking. They replaced the bcm. When I went to pay I checked everything it was there for just to find the only working door out of 4 was the drivers door which I was able to unlock and lock manually before it was taken there. When I talked to Julie on the phone she told me the doors could be locked and unlocked manually which was not the case. I told Julie this was not acceptable that I needed the other doors to open. In my opinion this was a safety hazard not to mention an inconvenience only having one door. She said she would call me back after checking with the mechanic. She called me later in the afternoon to let me know they did get the passenger front unlocked and operational...but the back doors were seized and they couldn't do anything with the back doors at all. What??? Taking it back to my mechanic. In closing please do not share my personal information..thank you. More
