"We were returning from our AZ trip when our 3500 Ram..."

We were returning from our AZ trip when our 3500 Ram suddenly lost all power coming up and over the pass into SLC. We limped off the highway, towing a 38' 5th wheel, and pulled up in front of the perfectly located Dodge dealer. Brandon and his Tech Ruben looked it over and fixed it quickly. We were back on the road in 2 hours! Thanks guys!

"THE WORST DEALER EVER DONT GO!"

HORRIBLE WORST DEALER EVER, ACCUSED ME OF ALTERING AND TUNING TRUCK, THEN FOUND OUT THAT THEY WERE MISTAKEN DEVICE FOR MY DRIVER'S ELD MANDATED LOGS. BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE AND IGNORANCE THEIR WAS A RESTRICTION ON MY TRUCK VOIDING THE FACTORY WARRANT. THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY REPLACED DEFECTIVE PARTS ON MY TRUCK, BUT WHEN WARRANTY WAS VOIDED THEY DEMANDED I PAY THEM OR TAKE BACK NEW PARTS. SINCE I COULD NOT AFFORD TO PAY AFTER WARRANTY WAS VOIDED, THEY TOOK BACK NEW PARTS AND PUT BAD PARTS BACK ON MY TRUCK ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAD MISDIAGNOSED TRUCK AND I WAS RIGHT ALL THE TIME, HAD NEVER TUNED TRUCK. WELL IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET REIMBURSED AND RESTRICTION OFF AND THEY HAVE NOT HELPED AT ALL!

"Poor communication"

I feel the sales department treated me fairly and kept their commitments. Haven't had a very good experience with the service department. I had a check engine light come on in my Ram truck. I scheduled an early morning appointment to get it checked. Later that day I received a call from my service writer Kenny that they need to keep the truck overnight to do a more extensive test (I feel they didn't get a chance to look at it that day). Nevertheless Kenny called me the next day and said the parts and labor would be covered under warranty. Good news! He would get the parts ordered and I should get a call in about 10 to 14 days to schedule the repairs. After 30 and never receiving a call, I called the service department. I was informed that Kenny is no longer with the company and Cameron will be my new service advisor. Cameron checked on my parts and said they will be in by the end of the month. Long story short I've had to call every 30 days about my parts and told the same thing every time. Parts will be in by the end of the month. Cameron said something about Ram is updating the parts and having to make new ones. This has been going on for 4+ months. NO parts and repairs haven't been made. I would probably feel a little better if I would receive a call or text once in a while informing me about the status of my parts order. I don't know if it's the dealerships or Rams fault. Either way I don't feel very well treated over the situation. I would be very reluctant to purchase another Ram product.

"The squeak or rattle that will not go away."

My time and sanity is worth something. The back of the Right front passenger seat has had a squeak or rattle, whatever you want to call it for some time not and it is getting progressively worse. I have had it into the shop twice and they supposedly fixed it but did not. On Friday the 8th of March my wife picked up the car. I had to take her to get it in the truck. When I got home I asked about the repair. She told me she did not hear it. There are two reasons why she did not hear it. 1. She does not hear well. 2. She had the damned radio volume turned up. Today I drove the car and had to turn down the radio as as soon as I did I heard the squeaky rattle. It is now at about 200 to 300 per minute depending on the road, a man hole cover depression sets it off. Monday I will go back down to the shop. They charge about a hundred bucks an hour. Should I not be paid for having to continually go down to have the work redone? Maybe it is time for a new seat, NOT A RECLAIMED FROM A WRECK BUT NEW. On Monday I will start with the service writer and the the shop foreman and then the administration but this thing will be fixed. This is my second Durango Citadel in three years and my next one may be a Ford.
