Great from the start Our sales representative was Ted Eubanks. He was very knowledgeable, and patient, very patient. He comunicated everything we needed to know, but did not bombard us with emails, phone calls, or texts. We also worked with Max Johnson who helped us not only to get a great deal, but to ensure we bought the vehicle we wanted. He also made sure the accessories were installed so we didn’t have to come back another day. We received 2-3 emails from Josh Byal (General Sales Manager). He wanted to make sure we were being treated with courtesy and respect. I would have given them a 5 star rating, but the financial paperwork took longer than expected. Service department I purchased a car at the in of March 2017. I received the inspection and repair report, stating tires had been inspected .After only 4months I was dri I purchased a car at the in of March 2017. I received the inspection and repair report, stating tires had been inspected .After only 4months I was driving to South florida when tire blew out. Was told by service tech who replaced tires that both front tires had dry rotted and I had to replace both front tires.I call the service department at Boswell and was talk to so disrespectful.He didn't want to take any responsibly for letting tires pass inspection. This a business that prides itself on excellent service. Service department failed. Kim Howlett More
