This dealership is amazing! I am 26 years old and look even younger. I was looking at a 05 Dodge Magnum R/T. I was dealing with Norm (he handles communication from the website). I setup an appointment to come test drive the Magnum. When I arrived he shook my hand and greeted me politely. He took me over to the car and unlocked it for me. He handed me the keys and said "Do you have any questions I can answer?". I said "Nope. I have been working on cars and know what I need to know, but thanks". Now this is where a dealership would normally bug me. They would go get the plates and say "LET'S take it out for a drive". Norm said "Go ahead and look around the car while I get you the plates and a copy of your license. When I come back if you come up with any questions let me know". He came back put the plates on and said "Well, have fun. Call me when you are on your way back if you could. Here is my card". In spite of the fact that I am young and about to test drive a $25K car, he was very respectful/considerate to me and let me take the car on my own. Most dealers won't allow people to do that. The sales person rides along which creates added pressure. I came back after about 3 hours. He asked me what I thought. I said I really liked how it drove but the rotors feel like they are warped. He said I appreciate you letting us know. I told him I like the car but it isn't EXACTLY what I am looking for. That was that. ZERO PRESSURE! VERY RELAXED! VERY HONEST!
