When Jennings returned with the new price I thought it was fair and we had a deal. Next came the finance guy Mr. Quincey, friendly guy who told me about my option that I had such as extended warranty etc., I declined and was not pressured to purchase. During my recent car buying experience, Jeremy Zachery shocked me with his willingness to go over and above what I would have expected from a salesperson. My new car had a small and strange issue. The passenger side mirror caused a annoying whistling noise. I talked to Jeremy about it and he went into action. He rode with me to hear my issue, walked me over to service and began the process of correcting the problem. Service ultimately replaced the passenger mirror and corrected the problem. Zachery followed up with me daily and even offered to give me a ride to and from the dealership.
