Overall experience has been great. I had two vehicles in the past couple of days and the experience has been outstanding. Great service Thank you for working so efficiently on Memorial Day, to find and fix the A/C problem in my 2014 Ford Escape. I had doom in the cloud over my head, Thank you for working so efficiently on Memorial Day, to find and fix the A/C problem in my 2014 Ford Escape. I had doom in the cloud over my head, but the repair was completed in one morning and covered with only my standard low deductable in the Extended Ford Warranty that I was wise to have purchased last year.
