I bought a 2014 Honda Pilot with Premium care Extended warranty with 60K/ 6 years. Under the warranty, My brake system went down & they declined the repair cost simply saying that break fluids are contaminated. I have been working with Brandon (Service Specialist), Tom (Financial director) & finally Mike Richardson (Service director). We come to big dealar ship like Five Star Ford thinking to buy our vehicle rather going to small places thinking that they will sell a quality products with trust & good service. Best truck buying experience I've never bought a vehicle alone before - I usually have someone else there with me just to either a) make it less awkward or b) be my escape plan fo I've never bought a vehicle alone before - I usually have someone else there with me just to either a) make it less awkward or b) be my escape plan for if things get too ridiculous - someone to nudge and say "don't we have plans and need to leave?" kinda thing. I can honestly say that it was the most pleasurable, simple, low maintenance, drama free experience I've ever had. Last truck I bought was 5 years ago (different dealership) and it was awful - but this time, at Sam Packs, I was highly impressed. I've had my truck serviced at Sam Packs before and always been pleased with their service department, but never dealt with sales side. Big shout out to Daryn for being an awesome sales person - I told him exactly the features I wanted and such, and less than 2 minutes later he pulls up with ... the perfect truck. He somehow managed to take my laundry list of features, restrictions, yes to this and no to that, and on and on... and compartmentalize it into the perfect truck... I ended up buying it, and the whole experience was just completely stress free - even though my credit isn't good, and I worried that would be a major hindrance. Keep up the good work. I'll definitely be back again in the future to buy again from you in a few years. Thank you for taking such good care of me. More
