The ecoboost that I bought is the coolest thing ever. Driving with the windows down and hearing the twin turbo kick in brings a smile to my face every time. I am very excited to be in my brand new F150, and excited to be a Ford Man now. I can't speak highly enough about Ulices, he walked me to 4 different tucks test drove two and not once did he show signs of being bored or fed up. He was very professional and had a smile on his face the entire time. He is a very funny, professional and charismatic young man, and in the business world what more could you ask for? Tony Xenakis was also very helpful in helping me determine which of the financing options available best fit my needs. In addition, Zach French (Finance) and Art Starr (Options/Car Delivery) were great to work with as well. I will definitely recommend Five Star Ford to friends and will be the first place I visit when I am back in the market for another vehicle. More
Overall good experience. In at 1pm out by 3:50, would have been sooner but I was taking my time to make the right decision. It is sad that I had to drive 50 minutes away just to receive good service when have been sooner but I was taking my time to make the right decision. Nothing was hidden and I was able to get a breakdown of all costs up front, instead of the conversation being about what I wanted my payments to be. More
This was not my first vehicle purchase at 5-Star Ford of Lewisville, but it was my best experience yet. My Wife was looking for a very specific combination of options and Chase worked hard to ensure we got the exact vehicle we wanted. Chase was always positive, courteous, patient and he went out of his way to answer questions and to keep us up to date as we awaited the arrival of our new vehicle. He even returned one phone call on his day off! It was a GREAT experience overall, everyone we met at the dealer was helpful and courteous. More

Danny Guerrero and Matt Roberts did an outstanding job on the sales end. I initially spoke to Danny on a Friday to see the Edge and the Escape for the first time and get brochures on both. I explained that I was on a knee-jerk visit to check out Fords because my current Toyota was at the Toyota dealer being serviced and that I was really disappointed with them. Danny simply provided everything that I needed and told me to contact him if I had any further questions. This trip gave me a great first impression of Five Star Ford and let me decide that the Escape was most likely for me. I returned on the following Monday to test drive a 1.6L Escape and look at the one Titanium Escape on the lot. Danny was in training when I got there, but Matt stepped in and took care of me. We worked out the numbers, Danny and Matt got me all squared away and my new 2014 Escape Titanium was brought over from the Sam Pack in Carrollton. I always dread dealing with car salesmen, but I have to say that Danny and Matt made this the most pleasant buying experience that I've ever had. They are both very professional, knowledgeable and honest guys. They listened to me, answered my questions, worked rationally and didn't pressure. Jon Craig also did an outstanding job on the finance end. He went through all of the extended service options and completed plenty of paperwork. Jon also was a very professional, knowledgeable, honest and low pressure guy. He explained everything in detail and let me make up my own mind. I did a bit of internet research on the dealership and found that they had very good ratings. My experience has shown that to be accurate. Danny, Matt and Jon have set my expectations very high for the Service Department! More
