We came in to look at a certified 2012 Lariat , my wife was concerned about the millage so our sales consultant Andy took us to the new Lariats. We found one to our liking and started negotiations. The sales manager came over and asked what it would take to get my business and I said add the bed liner and he said done. I am very happy with my truck and the deal they gave to me. Had a great experience from start to finish! Went in on Friday night to look at the Ford Edge. It was a little after 9:00 pm, which is why I went. I had yet to look at the Ford Edge in person and really wa Friday night to look at the Ford Edge. It was a little after 9:00 pm, which is why I went. I had yet to look at the Ford Edge in person and really wanted to see if they were as nice on the inside as I thought they were. Matt Roberts approached us and took us to see the Edges that were on the lot. When we didn't find any unlocked he went and got the keys to one so that I could sit in it, and he even let me test drive it around the parking lot. I was planning on waiting a few weeks (or longer) to actually purchase a vehicle, but Matt asked if I wanted to come back the next day to see what we could work out. Went back the next day and Matt helped me to get into my new car, a 2013 Ford Edge. We walked through the lot, I picked out the one I wanted, and we went inside to get started on financing. With the help of Matt, as well as finance manager, Jon Craig, I was able to walk out with the car I wanted at a great price! Will definitely recommend Five Star Ford in Lewisville, as well as Matt Roberts and Jon Craig to anyone I know that is interested in a new vehicle! And I will be back for sure! More

The first time is when I met my representative Tom Martin whom impressed me with working with me in the manner that I was comfortable taking care of discovery over the phone which resulted in my first purchase with Five Star back then I was completely satisfied with my experience from start to finish and especially appreciated the introduction to a "specific" service advisor Ron Romano whom has taken exceptional care of me over the past three years. This go around was even better as your company had provided Tom Martin full training in the finance department where he worked for a period of time and then he was transferred back to sales which enabled him to take care of me from all aspects within moments to determine if moving forward made sense from my perspective at this time and made Christopher's job in finance easy and reflective of exactly what I desired. Due to Tom and his experience I found this experience to be the best experience that I have ever had and that is saying much as this was probably my 16th vehicle purchase over my lifetime. Great job Tom Martin, great job Christopher and Im grateful as well to know that Ron Romano will be there to take care of me for the life of my new King Ranch! From past experience, working with dealerships has been a nightmare. From the moment I started talking with John, I knew this time would be better.
