We leased a 2013 Ford Fusion in January and we love the car. We were having some electrical and programming issues with the car and brought it back in twice. They could never fin the issue but the servic car. We were having some electrical and programming issues with the car and brought it back in twice. They could never fin the issue but the service is always great and sometimes these things happen. Well last week the car started freaking out, windows opening by themselves, radio turning on and off and then the car would not turn off. I called Joe and explained to him what was going on and he got us all taken care of. Never expected this from any car dealership except with a lease but he got us out f the current lease and out of the crazy car and put us in a new one which was a completely upgraded model with almost all the bells and whistles and a much smoother and comfortable ride. The car even looks better. I have been raving about Joe and that I will not buy another car from another dealership unless he no longer works their. Joe understands the customer and what they need and what they can afford and not what they want and cant afford. I tell everyone that Joe will not take them for a ride and only put them in one that is right for them. It has been a great pleasure to do business with Joe Medulla and Five Star Ford. My wife and I appreciate the attention to detail and our needs and just for being a great guy and honest. My kids also are in love with the new car so much as the do not want to ride in wife's Ford Edge anymore!! Thanks Joe and Five Star for making us part of the Ford Family. I brought my 2011 Edge into the service department because the infotainment system was having a bad day. I left with a brand new 2014 Ford Explorer. Sunset Orange, a beautiful color. I did not have in because the infotainment system was having a bad day. I left with a brand new 2014 Ford Explorer. Sunset Orange, a beautiful color. I did not have intentions of buying a car that day. Usually I put months of research into that process. Danny met with me, showed me the Explorer. He and Rodrigo(in training) went over the vehicle options with me. Danny and Tony came up with an offer for my Edge I couldn't refuse, and I left with a new truck and big smile on my face. I will return to this dealership and buy from then again. Thanks guys for the addition to our family! More
Did an awesome job working on the price and finding the right car. Bought the car off the showroom floor with 4 miles after changing mind mid-way through, as I wanted to be the only person who drove it to right car.
