First of all I love my new Escape! Everyone who has seen it so far has said "wow" and that they like all of the features. My experience at this dealership was excellent and John Gerarde was great! When I first visited the dealership a few weeks ago he was the one who helped us and respected the fact that we were just looking and answered a lot of questions for us. When I decided on a vehicle he was the person we wanted to go back to. He was very helpful and friendly and took the extra time to show me all the bells and whistles on my new car even though they had been pretty busy. I would highly recommend this dealership, the Ford Escape and John to anyone interested in buying a car. Thank you so much for everything. More

Sandy Staley did a great job assisting me with the sale of a new F150 truck. He found the exact truck I was looking for at another dealership and made it happen. I was pressed for time and had to wrap up of a new F150 truck. He found the exact truck I was looking for at another dealership and made it happen. I was pressed for time and had to wrap up the paperwork but when I got home with the vehicle I was disappointed in the prep ready condition. Just a lot of little things that were overlooked (dirt smudges , needed a better job vacuuming) little things I could easily do myself and didn't have time for the dealership to do over. I was also disappointed that this dealership does not offer free oil changes and free tire rotations as many other dealerships do but all in all if I needed to buy another Ford, I would call Sandy.
