I will say its hard to provide a response to a survey for a purchase experience. People are always in their best behavior when trying to get your money and its after the sale where the true value towards cus a purchase experience. A new vehicle purchase from my perspective is one of the worst experience I will deal with in life next to an IRS visit or going to the dentist. Tom Martin was a pleasure to deal with and had Zach French not pinned me down at the truck that day we would not have be here today The pickup I traded was pushing 14 years old and In those 14 years I had zero downtime. I can say there is a high expectation that my new truck purchase will provide me a similar experience but if not, we will see what the dealer ship is all about in customer service. More

I arrived really late on a Friday night, with my two children about 45 minuets before closing to inquire about a Ford explore, when I met Eric. From the first moment that I met my salesman Eric, he had children about 45 minuets before closing to inquire about a Ford explore, when I met Eric. From the first moment that I met my salesman Eric, he had a very warm and genuine smile eager to answer any and all questions I had about the Explore I was looking into possibly purchasing. He was very friendly, kind, warm, and knowledgeable about what he was explaining to me. The thing I noticed the most about him was that he never mistreated or ignored my children he was well aware of their presents and made them feel comfortable, and was engaging with them. He wasn't the usual car sales man trying to sell you a quick car so he can move on to the next customer. Eric and a team of other employes working there was very nice, and kept me informed of what was going on with the car I wanted and of course all the paperwork that follows when purchasing a vehicle. I definitely and highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to go to this Ford dealership in Lewisville. I live in Frisco, and went to the Ford dealership there, at least 6 different occasions and had a terrible experiences one too many times! A friend of mine told me to make the drive out to Lewisville and go to the dealership there and WOW!!!! What a different experience, and environment! I don't think I'll go to another dealership :) I'm perfectly happy, and loving my new car as well as getting a new perspective in car buying. it was a good experience. I did not expect to spend 5 hours there though. This is not my first time buying a new car so that did seem excessive to me. I really enjoyed my entire experience with Five Star Ford. I was looking for a car that was easy to get in and out of, in my budget and low mileage. I had been shopping for a car for three weeks with no Ford. I was looking for a car that was easy to get in and out of, in my budget and low mileage. I had been shopping for a car for three weeks with no luck and visited over 10 dealers. When I arrived at Five Star I was meet with a great smile from Joey. He asked what I was looking for I let him know he showed me several options and WOW I loved the HHR. Came back two days later and purchased it.
