This is my fourth Ford truck that I have purchased at this dealership and I have always had a great experience. Dwight and Sam Packs Ford Country have always treated me fairly. There were no games with this dealership; from our introduction to when we drove off the lot, our entire experience was highly professional. When we asked a question, they gave us a straight answer. Both Tom Martin and Tony Fuentes were cordial and anxious to please. The technology on our new Explorer is quite complex and they carefully explained how to use the four major systems. I returned to the dealership once and Mr. Fuentes took the time again to cover some of the questions I forget to ask him on our initial visit.
