Art Starr took us out to test drive the Ford Taurus, and remained our sales person throughout the whole experience. He is very personable and well-educated about the cars and could not have been more helpful to us, as we were deciding on a new vehicle. I appreciate the patience and respect he showed us, as well went over the very fine technical features of the car. Art is a very good salesman, and represents your company in a very positive and professional way. As a trainer/public educator, I can tell that the employees at this dealership are well-trained and take pride in their job, and practicing the mission, goals and vision of this dealership. Brook was the person in the finance dept. that helped us "crunch the numbers." She is very easy to work with, very personable, while at the same time, remaining professional. She was patient, as we went over the figures and she worked very hard, to find us the absolute best financing available. I appreciate her dedication! Her positive, "bubbly" personality helps make a usually stressful time, a much more enjoyable time. Like John Costran says..."buying a new car should be fun, not stressful!" Paul is our service representative. He took care of our Ford F150, and I am totally confident he will care for my Ford Taurus with the same excellent customer service he has shown me in the past. We were in the market for a new SUV for the last four months. We did our homework by going to other Dealerships, comparing prices ,selections, gas mileage. When we walked back into the Ford Dealership it was clear they were listing to our price and what we wanted in a SUV crossover. We decided on the Escape. Tom Martin took our wish list on what we were looking for in the vehical, and made it happen. Everyone we worked with or talked to made us feel like they were working for us and with us, unlike the other Dealerships we visited. We walked out with the SUV we wanted and the payment with in our budget. We will come back to Ford for future busness. More
