Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Lewisville

I spent about two weeks looking for a new car and got so confused and frustrated at other dealerships that I contacted the "Car Pro" radio talk show host who referred me to Tony Fuentes at Ford Country of L confused and frustrated at other dealerships that I contacted the "Car Pro" radio talk show host who referred me to Tony Fuentes at Ford Country of Lewisville. Tony was able to quickly discern that my disorganized shopping style was not allowing me to compare "apples to apples." He talked to me at length about my reasons for wanting to trade in my old car, my goals for the new car, my driving patterns, and what I liked about each make and model I had driven up to that time. Then he went through each of the cars I mentioned and pointed out how many features of each car met my goals and how each car would fit into my personal driving patterns. At this point he still was not trying to make a sale, but really helping me narrow the field and identify what my priorites were. Finally we were able to identify two Ford models that could be compared "apples to apples" with other manufacturer's models still on my short list. From there it was a matter of test driving those two Fords. To my surprise, the car I thought I was interested in when I came to the dealership was not the car that I drove home that night! As a counselor, I like to think of Tony as a "car psychologist!" He made the decision making process fun and stress free. I feel certain that had I said, "I still want to look around some more," he would not have switched to a hard sell mode. Even if I had said that, I know I would have come right back to Ford Country, because of the trust in the dealership that was built that night through Tony's honest and straight forward appoach. Dwight Starnes was also immensely helpful. He showed me all the features of the Ford Escape that I settled on and arranged for me to meet with the finance man the following day. The finance fellow (I am so sorry, I cannot remember his name) showed the same straight forward style and did not pressure me to buy extras that I did not want. I returned once more to the dealership to purchase a cargo mat and have a small adjustment done on the car. Dwight took great care of me and made sure I had everything I needed. I could not have been treated any better at Ford Country Lewisville if I had been a family member of the owner. Actually I was treated like family by everyone! I definitely will be recommending the good folks at Ford Country Lewisville to anyone who is interested in honesty, good quality, and good prices! More

This was a great vehicle shopping venture. I hate to shop for a new vehicle, as in the past I was hounded by the sales person calling ,mailing cards , just being pushy. I never rush into anything, and may take longer for me to select exactly what I want and when I want it. Now we have another Ford in the family, my wife and I are pleased and happy from the first Hello to the drive off of the lot. In nearly 25 years of buying Ford vehicles, this was my best experience yet. We have purchased 4 new cars from this dealer in the last 5 years. We financed through the dealership and Rick Garcia in the business office was extremely quick and efficient (less than 20 minutes to wrap up everything). The sales person, Tom Martin was very attentive to every detail. Paul Schroeder in the Service Department has been our service advisor for six or seven years and is simply the BEST service advisor I have every worked with. He is the primary reason that we continue to visit this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership. More

When Tom first contacted me, I explained my situation to him. Tom Martin waited till I contacted him with questions, etc.etc.We changed mind in mid stream and had a tug-pull choice of two vehicles.
