When I first arrive, I was told that it will take 4 days to fix an issue with my window and the 10K service, I asked for a loan car and the response I received (in a not very polite tone) was that there wer to fix an issue with my window and the 10K service, I asked for a loan car and the response I received (in a not very polite tone) was that there were no available, that I should rent a car which I found rude, unprofessional and annoying. After 4 days I received my truck dirty, no courtesy wash/vacuum after leaving me without car for almost a week. Ford service overall has been mediocre, since I Purchase my new truck 8 months ago. I am rating 5 stars just because I don’t want to affect people, but Ford service is very disappointing, I have another car from a different brand and service is seriously top notch, Ford service is a bad joke. More
