Great service Service department, specifically James, was extremely helpful and truly knowledgeable. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and Service department, specifically James, was extremely helpful and truly knowledgeable. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and the service technician found a broken shock absorber. I had been hearing a sound but couldn’t find it. They showed me the problem and ordered the replacement parts, all of which were under warranty. I completely forgot another sound until they brought it to my attention. Great job! More

I made an appointment with a salesman and met him for a lot check on the vehicles. After finding one I think would work for me, we cut a deal. The process was what I expected, with haggling and dealing. The title took a few days for me to pick up but I drove off the lot in my car that day. Overall it was a very nice experience and I am happy with my purchase. Richie was a very nice sales man and I recommend this dealership. More

They gave me what I wanted for my trade and worked with me to find the lowest price I could get for this vehicle. Brock Boren, my salesman, was an excellent resource on the “how to operate” features of my new truck. Brock was in constant communication with me about my vehicle. He made the purchase process as smooth as one could expect. He even offered to come to my house to program the garage door. The finance department was excellent, working hard to find the best deal for me. You can’t get the type of hometown service I have received from Sam Scism Ford. Quick solution for an urgent problem I just moved to the area when the left front brake on my 2018 Fusion SE started making an awful racket. I called Sam Scism's service department and they managed to squeeze me into a crowded schedule on less than 24 hour's notice. When I arrived they immediately went to work on the car, found the rock that had gotten wedged in my brake. I was on my way in just 30 minutes. Nice work, Sam! More

" Awesome Salesman" Brock our salesman went out of his way to find the truck on the parking lot. I seen truck on website and called about it. When we got there to look at it he had it ready for test drive. Brock went over and beyond in helping us with the purchase of my new truck. He got us the trade in price we wanted.
