Inexperienced, and overall not dependable to come through on their lack of work,I've had this car in several times and its not fixed,was told by the service mgr that my car would be taken in for another repa on their lack of work,I've had this car in several times and its not fixed,was told by the service mgr that my car would be taken in for another repair and they never bothered to get back to me on the scheduled date of pick up. This place is below the any rating. The people that run the place think they are smart but in fact a bunch of idiots. First of all they lied to me on my finance paperwork Nabil in finance plays it off that he is doing you a favor but in fact he is full of bull and after consideration I decided to cancel an extended warranty the very same day 2 hours later and he continued to try for several days to rip me off. I received very unprofessional emails(ALL CAPS) very disrespectful. Several times I called until MO called me back. Try calling up there, they do not return phone calls.Second they try to take my accessories with my trade and I was clear that the accessories were not part of the deal. Left the truck there over night Saturday and Sunday and came back Monday to see one of the accessories had been stolen from someone that works there because they took the time to tape up the lose wiring after they disconnected it. Well after all this whole ordeal they didn’t get a very important document in the finance paperwork, the power of attorney. So now they just expect me to sign. Mind you 1 month later, after I’ve even paid my first payment they threatened me and gave me an ultimatum, Bring back my new truck or else even after my truck is financed. They assumed I was ignorant when in fact they have had so many inconsistencies this entire deal and who wouldn’t know better than them who is ignorant. I have decided to copy and save this message and attach to the many many surveys they send. I am going to air out there dirty laundry till I’ve got my point across to every potential customer they have. More

We’ve recently bought a vehicle from here and within 24 hrs the engine light came on. The issue was fixed the same day but the integrity of the sale and language used did not sit well with us. Our sales person was more scared us returning the car than if we got serviced. They didn’t even make eye contact with us. We are now trying to return the vehicle, the sales person who hardly knew anything about the process is trying to pressure us into keeping the car. This is our money/lives not some dumb commission, the car sold to us is not durable and things need to be made right. More
