I left my car there for an oil change on 07/09/2021 at 9:00AM. I was shuttled to work and was told I would get a call/text when my car was ready to arrange a pick up to get my car. About 3:00PM, I calle 9:00AM. I was shuttled to work and was told I would get a call/text when my car was ready to arrange a pick up to get my car. About 3:00PM, I called and called with no answer. I finally got online to chat with an agent and that is when I was able to have someone call me back. NO APOLOGIES, just excuses. My office closes at 4:30PM I was not picked up until 5:00PM!!! Even at time of pick up, there were no apologies...no conversation at all. I feel this is unacceptable for an OIL CHANGE!!! I am disappointed in the lack of communication, lack of customer service. More
