It was this I bought a car 4 weeks ago and a light started going off. The general manager and service manager called and said they had a loaner car. It was this big long van. I told the porter to take it back and I would bring my jeep in. I called and made an appointment . But when I called to verify, they didn’t have me down and would t be able to look at me Jeep. So, I showed up and some nice (but co descending man) shows up and gives me some limbo jumbo about how all the cars do that. Bottom line: don’t buy from ancira jeep. Maybe others have had a great experience, I HAVE NOT. More
The service department is a RIP OFF! They will purposefully manipulate your vehicle to inflate the issues...thus more service/money for them. I took my vehicle in for a recall and my husband added on standard checks (fluids, etc). A week later my Jeep came back with a malfunctioned damper! Jeff in service was EXTREMELY dismissive with my concerns. I feel there was something intentionally done. He was all prepared with Google articles pulled up telling me about other vehicles. Jeff also stated "that always happens to Jeeps when they come here for service!" Ok, well isn't that something that should to evaluated further? Why does it happen at this dealership to "almost all Jeeps" that they service. I smell fraud, and I am definitely getting others involved. Why is it ok to blatantly abuse customers and rob them by purposefully manipulating things on their vehicles? I am very disappointed. Needless to say, I want nothing else to do with this dealership...and if I were you, I wouldn't either. More

Never completed my warranty claim in months but when my 36k mile warranty expired they were quick to communicate they could no longer help me. I paid 72k for a Jeep and when I had isssues never did a manager contact me. Secondly during a service for my Ram 2500 an employee wrecked it so they had to keep it again for paint and body repair with no apology and never did a manager reach out. Horrible customer service once you buy a vehicle there they don’t care about you. More
Took my vehicle in and I had one issue that is interconnected to multiple issues and they want to charge me a $250 diagnostic fee PER ISSUE THEY WRITE DOWN. on top of that when I bought my truck interconnected to multiple issues and they want to charge me a $250 diagnostic fee PER ISSUE THEY WRITE DOWN. on top of that when I bought my truck I purchased the extended warranty. Well the sneaky finance manager sold me a “third party extended warranty” and not one with Dodge so my vehicle with only 32k miles may or may not be covered by warranty because they get a vote. BE CAREFUL, and use a small business because these guys just want to scam you for money, they 100% do not care about you the ! More
I do believe the dealership and the salesman do go out of the their way to make sure the customers are satisfied and happy. the their way to make sure the customers are satisfied and happy. More
Yesterday I took my 2023 challenger scat pack in for an express oil change which was a disaster. The car has 1,800 miles and the service advisor opens the door to get the mileage etc and another customer express oil change which was a disaster. The car has 1,800 miles and the service advisor opens the door to get the mileage etc and another customer hits the end of my driver door scraping the paint off. A manager comes out and they says he will get me a paint pen for that damage and apologizes. Then after waiting 2 hours for an oil change Justin the service advisor tells me they had a hard time getting the filter off as the factory over tightened it. Another 20 mins and Justin then tells me the filter was dented and another was being installed. What really happened is the technician dented the original filter decided not to replace it back my car up then several other technicians saw oil leaking out and now a puddle had formed. My car was pulled back in to change the filter. At which time I am now outside watching. The car is lowered and the technician as revving the engine like a teenager on spring break while 4 technicians all egg him on Justin sees me and tells him that’s enough he walks over and apologizes. Then the guy backs it out and I’m walking up and he quickly pulls away from me and under the carport gets out and he goes to the front passenger bumper bends down and hurriedly stands up to tell me next time I’m there he will do a free detail. I go straight home and this morning back out to find a big scrape on the area the guy checked out and an oil puddle on my garage floor. I have called the dealership at least 10 times and Bob the service manager is “busy” and can’t talk to me. I decide to take my car to Boerne Dodge and am now told there is an oil leak and I need to bring the car back and leave it for a minimum of 4 days. I’m beyond disappointed and San Antonio Dodge needs to refund my money for the oil Package I bought , pay to repair the gouges in my front bumper and fix the door scrape as well. It’s absurd a simple oil change can be so recklessly handled and that management couldn’t care any less. Bob is supposed to lead the team and I spoke very briefly with him and he said he kust got to the dealership at 1:30pm and would get back with me yesterday, I missed a call and tried back but he’s too busy to address this apparently. Please DO NOT take your vehicle to get serviced here unless you are trying to get scammed. My husband owns a 2023 dodge ram , check engine light came on, we took it in to see what was wrong they said fu unless you are trying to get scammed. My husband owns a 2023 dodge ram , check engine light came on, we took it in to see what was wrong they said fuel was contaminated and it was also rust in the tank service advisor said it was not covered and going to Cost us 10k. He also told us the mechanic had sent him 4 pictures of the damage in the tank! My husband went down there and looked in the fuel tank and it looked completely fine! 2 days later they call him saying it was ready for pick up allegedly it was just a bad fuel pump and covered under warranty we still had to pay close to $400 dollars. It upsets me that they really tried to scam us from the beginning and tell us all wrong information. If my husband iiididn’t go in there that same day they probably would’ve got away with it! In 2023 my Ram TRX got stolen while it was at this dealership getting serviced and never did the General Manager or Owner reach out to me. I never got an apology or even acknowledgement that something dealership getting serviced and never did the General Manager or Owner reach out to me. I never got an apology or even acknowledgement that something terrible happened while my vehicle was in their possession. In June 2023, my truck started to have an issue with the screen that resides in the front of the cabin where the HVAC and the rest of the tech is integrated. This also caused the AC to blow hot air and for my window button to not work, which left me in a hot truck in Texas and was pretty miserable. So I took it to San Antonio CJDR where I bought my truck in May of 2022 and always had it serviced there as well. After 2 attempts to correct the issue, they finally diagnosed that the body control module needed to be replaced. They told me that the part needed was on back order and that they would let me know when the part came in. So I waited and it took about 3 weeks for my part to get delivered. On Friday, July 8 2023 I received a text from my service advisor that the part came in and would be installed the next day and I should be able to pick it up on Saturday July 9th. Well, I never got a call from them or a text and I worked that Sunday and Monday. I called and texted, called and texted and never got a response to voicemails I left or texts sent to my service advisor. However, Tuesday was my day off and I went down to the dealer to check on my truck because it was supposed to be ready on the previous Saturday. Upon arrival at SA CJDR, I walked into the service area, introduced myself, and inquired on the status of my truck. So the service manager walks me back to his office and tells me that he nor any of his employees can locate my truck. When they went to repair it on Saturday they could not locate it . So Saturday goes by, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and they couldn’t call me? When were they gonna tell me? We’re they hoping I just didn’t come in to inquire? I had to go up there and have them call me into their office to be informed it was stolen. It had been gone for 3 weeks and stolen in broad daylight with employees walking buy as the theft took place. This truck was my dream truck…I had it perfect the way I had it and just like that, it was gone!! Why did they know it was missing for 3 days and not inform me or the police? Why did it take me going down there to be told that my truck was missing? These are all questions that lead me to believe this was a cover up or they just didn’t care. More
Had a recall on my vehicle June 2023. I took it in for standard Maintenace and asked if they could fix the recall issue. They did not have the parts on hand and said they would call when I took it in for standard Maintenace and asked if they could fix the recall issue. They did not have the parts on hand and said they would call when available. Fast forward to Apr 2024, still no call. I took my truck in on Monday about 345pm to make sure the software was up to date. Turns out it was not, another recall for software update needed to be done. I asked if the part for the previous recall was available, and low and behold they had the part on hand. I asked how long it would take to complete the repairs for the recalls. The answer, two to three days. Ok so if it takes that long, do i get a loaner or rental vehicle? They said they would cover the cost and could organize a rental from Enterprise and have it ready the next morning. The only cavate was it need to be a dodge, jeep or Chrysler vehicle. The next morning, I arrived at 0730 to drop off my truck. Chris the service advisor did not organize the rental. So now they are struggling to get me a rental. Which of course Enterprise had no dodge jeep Chrysler products on hand. So now I have to rent a car out of pocket last minute so i can get to work. My impression of the service department is they are disorganized, lazy and lack leadership. The customer is not the top priority. All though the service department manager made a late effort to correct the issues it was still not resolved. They had an oh well attitude. I will not be returning to this dealership for service. I just hope they don't screw up the recall repairs. More
