San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

We’ve recently bought a vehicle from here and within 24 hrs the engine light came on. The issue was fixed the same day but the integrity of the sale and language used did not sit well with us. Our sales person was more scared us returning the car than if we got serviced. They didn’t even make eye contact with us. We are now trying to return the vehicle, the sales person who hardly knew anything about the process is trying to pressure us into keeping the car. This is our money/lives not some dumb commission, the car sold to us is not durable and things need to be made right. More

Second experience here with my Jeep. The service was very good and staff courteous. Dropped my vehicle at the end of the day for a diagnosis and warranty work.
