I called the day before the repair to ensure the parts were available for the recall. I was assured they were. This was a lye. I dropped of the truck and paid for a Lyft to take me home. 2 hours later I g were available for the recall. I was assured they were. This was a lye. On top of that I had an oil change done and get charged $7 for a document storage fee. More

Well saw a truck we wanted online. We love 2 hours away. Completed most of everything over the phone. We secured our own financing which pisses off dennis I guess. We had to deal with 3 different sales people. It was a circus. When my husband expressed his frustration Dennis told him he did is a favor by taking $2400 off the truck and we could have gone somewhere else if we were did satisfied. Not Very professional. I get they were mad because they were not making a ton of $ because we for our own financing. Why would I pay 8% interest when we secured 3.1%. Will not be going back to this dealership More
