Very disappointed with what I feel is the "bait and switch" that we experienced trying to buy a new vehicle. Went into the dealership after emails and submitting my trade information online. I already switch" that we experienced trying to buy a new vehicle. Went into the dealership after emails and submitting my trade information online. I already had received a sales email confirming the sales price of the vehicle and an initial trade estimate for my vehicle. I even called a received verbal confirmation that my trade value would be reassessed and increased at the dealership once they could assess in-person. Upon arrival, I received a lower trade estimate and approximately a 17K increase of add-on accessories on the new vehicle. After the initial back and forth negotiation, my trade in value increases by 8K, but no discounts off their MSRP + 17K pricing on the new vehicle. 6K for aftermarket wheels and tires, another 6K for lift?? I still have the email from the dealership showing MSRP and the sales price being the same, no 17K increase! Very disappointed in the whole experience. More

I had a rather bad experience when I went in. They were not upfront about the price and were not able to answer the questions I had about the specific vehicle I was looking at.
