I am not happy with my last service visit. They were unable to make the repair due to not being able to duplicate the problem. The drivers side dash has a rattle when the temperature is cold. The warranty will be expired when it gets cold again. So I am stuck with a rattling dash. I felt they should have checked the fasteners to see if they were loose. Dealership was awesome once again. Another customer service rep helped me fit the new mats that I purchased and I was surprised that they offered a military discount. Really love the mats (So does my wife) weather tech equivalent but with the ram logo. The bed of the truck looks amazing. These guys are really fat our of my way but there's a reason that I make the commute. They're all awesome. Hey wanted to take this time to give a shout out to Robert too even though he wasn't dealing with me I grabbed me a coffee awesome dude. Love all these guys. More
