For some reason I always have issues when I go to this place. Guess I’ll never learn. Last time I went for oil change and tire rotation oil got changed but not my filter and tires were not rotated. Had to ride around for a few days to wait for parts. They did fix i Everything at no cost to me but I can never get the time I had to waste back. The service manager Charisse John’s was the only good thing that happened in this three day ordeal. Her customer service was impeccable and she was extremely professional and true to her word in that she would ensure that I was taken care of. She is the only reason the businesses received the two stars I gave. Rated on her own she exceeds 5 stars. More
