Horrible service. I was quoted $470 for a tune up and when I picked up my car I got charged $529 😡 and not even one whole day later my car is having the same issue engine light is on again! Before goin when I picked up my car I got charged $529 😡 and not even one whole day later my car is having the same issue engine light is on again! Before going to agency I called to ask about my issue, I was told that the agency would be more accurate when it came to the engine light and if it was related to the previously fixed recall issue it would be fixed for free. Well after they supposedly inspected my car they said it was a loose coil that was causing a misfire and that car needed a tune up. So I was quoted at $470 so I approved the tune up. Tonight as I was driving home the engine light turned on again! Now I have to once again waist my time and be without a car because I don’t have another one to have my car inspected again at agency. It is so frustrating, I am a single mother have two kids that I have to drive to and pick up from sport practice and I need my car to go to work as well. I have no time to waist. More

Allen did a great job getting our Jeep back the same day. He did a great job taking care of us when I asked about previous work he was not involved. We took our Jeep in Jan/Feb for the fuel pump recall and N He did a great job taking care of us when I asked about previous work he was not involved. We took our Jeep in Jan/Feb for the fuel pump recall and NOTHING was done to our vehicle. He added the fuel pump recall to the list of work and ensured it was on the work order. Understand parts are back ordered but at least we were explained that this time around. More

I would give this place a negative 5 stars. They act like they are giving you a great deal and then when you change your mind, they lose the title to your car.
