There service department is horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could. My first visit for an oil change I was recommended that I add an oil additive(royal purple). My second visit I told the advisor I w stars if I could. My first visit for an oil change I was recommended that I add an oil additive(royal purple). My second visit I told the advisor I wanted the additive. On giving me back my vehicle the advisor said he forgot to add it and I should go b to the store and buy and add it myself. Third visit again asked to have the additive. An hour later is was advised the additive is special order only. If I wanted it it would be there in about an hour. I said I'll wait. And hour went by to be told it's still not there and I should come back. I said just do the oil change. I was told my vehicle would have to go to the back of the line now and if would be hours. Needless to say I left and will never return. It's such a shame since the sales team is so good. More

This was a amazing experience, and they were very helpful start to finish. We had hurdle after hurdle helping me to get the car I want, and still they stuck with me to finish the deal. Took truck in on a Saturday for oil change and tire rotation and they were busy with a line in front of me but I was waited on promptly and professionally. I was told it would be a two hour wait on ge rotation and they were busy with a line in front of me but I was waited on promptly and professionally. Dropped it off for oil change and an ABS light they had it over 2 weeks due to parts availability then when I picked it up oil service wasn’t done and was told they could do one but it wouldn’t be same day it over 2 weeks due to parts availability then when I picked it up oil service wasn’t done and was told they could do one but it wouldn’t be same day.
