Came to this dealership 3 years ago and they replaced the engine in my truck. Have been returning to perform regular maintenance service since. Overall good service although they did put the wrong oil filter engine in my truck. Have been returning to perform regular maintenance service since. Service Department is in complete disarray. Oil changes take anywhere from 2 - 4 hours minimum. Tire rotation is not possible because this Dodge dealership cannot keep “DODGE WHEEL HUB KEYS” provided to th take anywhere from 2 - 4 hours minimum. Tire rotation is not possible because this Dodge dealership cannot keep “DODGE WHEEL HUB KEYS” provided to their service techs. They had to borrow mine only after I ran a couple errands AND they didn’t think it prudent at all to go ahead and start the oil change while I ran my errands. Worst part is I stood and watched my truck be serviced and there were no tires rotated, yet the receipt they gave me said they did. Integrity is severely lacking at this business and they do not seem to be concerned. More
