My truck was misfiring, it is a 2019 with 25k miles on it. It is under warranty. I took the teuck in a Saturday May 29 at 1100ish. The service writer put the computer on it and said was a misfire and if I it. It is under warranty. I took the teuck in a Saturday May 29 at 1100ish. The service writer put the computer on it and said was a misfire and if I wanted to leave the truck they would get to in on Tuesday or Wednesday (Holiday weekend). I asked if I could get a loaner since the vehicle was under warranty and they told me not until they did a full diagnostic on the truck. I told them I need the truck to get to work on Tuesday and Wednesday. So they scheduked me for an diagnostic on Thursday. I dropped the truck off Wednesday night. The technician didn't even look at my truck until Friday afternoon and said it was a warranty issue. When I asked about a loaner car (they go through Hertz) I was told that they wouldn't have any.loaners available until Monday. Then I found out the tech they assigned to my truck doesn't work on weekends. So he didn't start working on my truck again till Monday (when it was finished before they needed to issue me a loaner car). I also asked to have to service manager call me to at least find out why when I made an appointment that my truck wasn't looked at until the following afternoon, and that.person never called me or talked to.me when I picked up my truck. I would recommend any other Ram dealership in San Antonio for service. More
