Mark Schwing was a stand out, truly professional advisor. Always kept me in the loop with status updates and when we ran into issues, he was there to make sure my service needs were met. The salesman robert was very respectful and helpful, But we felt that the financial guy that did all the figures rushed us thru the process. He keep talking and and saying words over and over. The dealership failed to honor oil change coupon sent to my home. The coupon had my vin, but I paid $200 instead of $30. Also, the tire rotation wasn’t complete and I wasn’t told.
