I had to pay Ford to get the code on the car because if was not in paperwork. Three bulbs are out in lights. The Finance Department could use improving especially since the Staff member was told that both parties had to be on the Registration so that we were able to transport a car to Germany due to PCS. We wer since the Staff member was told that both parties had to be on the Registration so that we were able to transport a car to Germany due to PCS. We were later informed that the Lien Holder did not allow this, which I think was just an excuse for not correcting the problem. That was very disappointing.
