Terrible experience. I had an appointment for an oil change, got to the dealership 20 minutes early, and was still there for over 4 hours. All for an oil change. I asked how much longer and was told 20 change, got to the dealership 20 minutes early, and was still there for over 4 hours. All for an oil change. I asked how much longer and was told 20 minutes.. after waiting another hour and a half I went to check again and they said they were finishing up the paperwork. They sent me a digital checklist to which i said no to everything and made it very clear at the beginning I only wanted the oil change. However the tire rotation was checked off that I had already agreed to it, when I didn't, and it wouldn't let me change it to decline. When brought to advisors attention and managers attention neither of them cared and acted as though it was normal to add extra services without the customers consent. Worst experience ever. More

Was very disappointed when I got to dealership n was told that the truck I went to look at was sold. They should of call or text n let me know so I would have the choice of driving up there to look at anot that the truck I went to look at was sold.
