I was scheduled at 11am but was said that I wasn't in the system at all. But I got an confirmation email showing that I was scheduled for 11am and ended up stuck up there until almost 1pm (12:47). No one kep system at all. But I got an confirmation email showing that I was scheduled for 11am and ended up stuck up there until almost 1pm (12:47). No one kept me updated on the status of my vehicle or anything until I physically went outside and watched my car get serviced. Poor Customer Service. More
