It was not good, so showed up and spoke with several service reps. I ask for a certain individual by name and told they didn’t work there , I explain to them that I had appointment but I felt that I was service reps. I ask for a certain individual by name and told they didn’t work there , I explain to them that I had appointment but I felt that I was basically blown off. No one took the time to check to see my appointment was with instead I was told to wait and they would ding someone to help me. I have had several vehicles service or repaired at this location and never been treated or met with attitude. And I did not appreciate it at all. I’m a professional that work in public service and I understand it’s a busy day but everybody should be treated with respect. After this experience I will have to really consider having my vehicles maybe taken to another dealership. Regards J Nelson More
