They met us halfway between San Antonio and Corpus Christi to deliver the vehicle and offered to bring it all the way down to us which was greatly appreciated. I believe the one person that shined above what was expected was Sam Caspers. He was patient and answered all our questions and was an excellent ambassador for the dealership. Not to slight anyone else, Sam was just that much more than what we expected. More

What really impressed me was that he was patient with me through all of my hesitations and worked hard with me to make sure that I was happy with my decisions and by the time that I was ready to make a decision, I was fully confident on my choice. He worked diligently with me to get to the payment I wanted, which was my biggest worry, and he crushed it. He didn't sell me a dream, he made my dream a reality! Next up was Nabil in Finance. I have had bad experiences before during the financing part of a new vehicle sale...but he was the absolute BEST!!! Nabil explained everything in detail and made me feel like I had known him forever. He didn't try to sell me on crazy things (like my past experiences) but focused on things that would benefit me and my family. He made me feel like each warranty I got was customized just for me. Bo and Nabil set the standard of quality and re-define what it means to have excellent customer service. This one of a kind service that will bring me and my family back to this dealership! Where to begin..We purchased a new 2019 Ram 1500, test drove it and checked for scratches and issues. None...the dealer took our truck to back to get cleaned and came back with glue on the center counsel drove it and checked for scratches and issues. None...the dealer took our truck to back to get cleaned and came back with glue on the center counsel but also the latch was broke when the vehicle was cleaned. The passenger door handle also had paint scraped off. Prior to us driving the vehicle off the lot we informed Ron the manager and sales rep Marco's of the issue. They advised no problem bring it back next Tuesday and we will gladly give you a rental to use for the day... Next day Marco, sales rep, called over and over advising the discount code for the purchase of our vehicle was not working..Note the part was still not ordered nor mentioned... Next Tuesday, granted we do not live nearby, we drove to dealership and spoke with Maria, in service, who advised us the part was not ordered, and advised we needed to come back next week Tuesday or Wednesday once part was ordered. We asked why part was not ordered at time or purchase and she apologized and advised sales rep and Ron did not put in request. My husband called a.much closer dodge dealership and advised if we were able to have serviced there, and they advised he would but would be cost to replace center counsel since not purchased there, EVEN THOUGH UNDER WARRANTY... . Next Tuesday- we drove to dealership one more time. Spoke with Maria who advised yes part is in and we will have shuttle, which was an old dodge van, to Hertz dealership to pick up rental. We came to Hertz where the representative advised there was a 1 hour wait due to no vehicles available. Note: we were on lunch and had to be back at work...I called SA dodge and asked for Maria in service. I advised her we were dropped off at Hertz rental for our truck serviced and now there is a 1 hour wait. I told her we are due back to work, drove 3 times to dealership and now stuck without a vehicle." She advised let.me see what I can do and call you back. 5 minutes later I recieved a call back from Maria who advised i show the reservation was submitted yesterday. Note: we went to dealership a week prior and was promised a rental. Then she advised sorry they are out of vehicles but "its out of my hands". I was frustrated and told her, "wait, so your dealership sold us a vehicle with a center counsel that pops open while driving, which is a safety hazard, a ding on the truck and has costed us time and gas driving back and forth to try to get the vehicle serviced." Her reply was "I did not sell you the vehicle". I then got more upset and advised her you work for SA dodge therefore everyone there is accountable for this. I asked for Ron's number and she said" I dont have it". I then asked for corporate number she said " I dont have it". I then asked for her last name and her reply " just ask for Maria, "I am the only Maria in service." I said I need your last name to include with corporate complaint. She repeated and advised " Just ask for Maria, I am the only Maria in service." I said once again I needed her last name and she replied with an attitude and spelled it out sarcastically. I then disconnected call After this experience I will never purchase from this dealership again. Make sure to check all components when purchasing. More

I LOVE my Jeep and the Jeep brand. It just sucks that you have to go through the San Antonio CDJ experience to get one. DO NOT shop here! Things are made to seem one way, but are really another. In Texas we’re suppose to take pride in what we say and honor our word. SA CDJ does NOT do this. I was given a piece of paper with numbers I liked, in signing the numbers changed. The manager Chris and I came to an agreement only to get to financing in the back to find out it’s not what we agreed upon. The finance lady Nancy did not know what she was doing. My experience was horrible sitting across from her. I couldn’t even look her. The San Marcos CDJ offers free extended warranty just for doing business with them. Please if you value honesty and integrity find ANOTHER Chrysler Dodge and Jeep dealer. Note: this shouldn’t reflect badly on the salesman Rolland Johnson who was new, it’s not his fault his leadership failed him, myself, my wife and their community. Bad business. Unethical tactics to make the customer feel satisfied is NOT the way to make a deal. More
