Strike 2 First strike was when I scheduled to have a recall done on my truck. They said they needed 4 hours. They had the truck for 5 hours and never touched i First strike was when I scheduled to have a recall done on my truck. They said they needed 4 hours. They had the truck for 5 hours and never touched it. When I called to see if it was ready, it took 3 calls to get a response and they told me the guy that was supposed to work on it was off that day. I picked up my truck and took it home. The manager reached out to me and said he wanted to make it right. So I reluctantly took it back there months later. They had it all day again but told me in the first 5 min that I was there that the 'tow in' on the front was off and it needed a Front end alignment. The sales rep quoted me $99. So I told her to go ahead. I got the truck back and they charged me $129 and of course the rep was gone for the day. Now I drive the truck and there is so much play in the steering that it doesn't feel safe when I am pulling my 24ft horse trailer. They screwed it up and loosened the steering so the truck constantly drifts. Now I have to take it somewhere to get it fixed. It sure won't be this dealership. I'm done. More
