One of the best car buying experiences I've ever encountered I've always been reluctant about buying a new vehicle because the sales experience has always been a nightmare. Everything from pushy, aggressive and dishonest Sales Associates to shady Sales Managers trying to be the "Adult" and close the deal only to discover that numbers were juggled to make it appear that I got what I asked for but the bottom line hadn't changed. Let's not forget the ever insulting lowball value of my trade-in. I went to San Antonio Dodge knowing exactly what I wanted and exactly how much my trade was valued. Tanner DeBerry met me at the front door and his demeanor immediately put me at ease enough to let my guard down. I laid out exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted for my trade. He searched the inventory, produced a truck that matched my requirements and both he and Ron Sutton, Sales Manager, negotiated a fair price for both the new vehicle and my trade. We sealed the deal and Tanner delivered the truck with a thorough orientation before setting me free as happy as I could be with the transaction. Very impressed with this young man.
