Brought my car in needing a crankshaft sensor replacement. They couldn't give me an estimated fix time. Called a few days later and spoke to kevin who seemed to be annoyed that I wanted to know replacement. They couldn't give me an estimated fix time. Called a few days later and spoke to kevin who seemed to be annoyed that I wanted to know when my car would be fixed. And he didn't know. So 5 days from drop off I call and wanting to know if my car is ready or if I need to get a rental. Kevin says it would be a good idea to get a rental. $200 dollars later same day kevin calls and says our car is ready.... I also feel ripped off. I couldn't find any place online that estimated a crankshaft sensor replacement over $300. Our bill was $630.00 wow. I dont recommend this place at all. Drive the extra miles and go elsewhere. More

My experience is an improvement from my prior visits, so much so I stop bringing my Jeep here for repairs and had to find alternative service. The only reason I had my vehicle towed there was because I tho much so I stop bringing my Jeep here for repairs and had to find alternative service. The only reason I had my vehicle towed there was because I thought my problem may have been related to the recall work preformed. I am satisfied so far with the service I received, but I’m not convinced yet it’s okay to return. More

All staff was very friendly, but I did ask about service being done on the vehicle that I was purchasing and was told that it had been done that it was a must before it went out on the line. The sales perso being done on the vehicle that I was purchasing and was told that it had been done that it was a must before it went out on the line. The sales person stated also that the car had been there for 21 day yet it had a recall that hadn’t been addressed. Well when I arrived home double checking everything one driving light was out, windshield washer fluid was empty one wiper was torn and the oil looks old . But they did do an inspection and reassuring that it the oil change had been done . So for those reasons I will give this dealership a low score. More

Brought 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in for hood service. At 65+mph the hood would rattle and move down. Would’ve rated 5 stars but it took almost two Full days for repair. Hood problem fixed.
