However, he took time out of his busy schedule to answer my questions & explain to me the company policies. He also found a way to quickly solve my problem with a malfunctioning keyfob, which saved me several days of waiting & bought me a little more use of my key. By the time my keyfob needs to be reprogrammed, the service department will be running more smoothly & a a shorter wait time for customers, so I will be happy to have a permanent solution completed then. Dirk's attitude of listening to my needs as a customer & solving my problem as quickly as possible will have me returning to this dealer for service on my Jeep. More
