Service Above & Beyond the Expected Dirk is currently deeply involved in revamping the service department to better serve customers. However, he took time out of his busy schedule to ans Dirk is currently deeply involved in revamping the service department to better serve customers. However, he took time out of his busy schedule to answer my questions & explain to me the company policies. He also found a way to quickly solve my problem with a malfunctioning keyfob, which saved me several days of waiting & bought me a little more use of my key. By the time my keyfob needs to be reprogrammed, the service department will be running more smoothly & a a shorter wait time for customers, so I will be happy to have a permanent solution completed then. Dirk's attitude of listening to my needs as a customer & solving my problem as quickly as possible will have me returning to this dealer for service on my Jeep. More
