Work preformed with excellence! Arrived somewhat late in the morning for an oil change, replace air filter and wiper blades. I appreciate the speed in which my vehicles was accepted and repaired, and have decided to make this dealership the place where my Jeep will receive the best maintenance care! More

On 05AUG2019 I filled out an online finance application, according to their site, instructions were to be se Everything started off on the wrong foot. On 05AUG2019 I filled out an online finance application, according to their site, instructions were to be sent to me via email, but of course I received nothing. I online chatted with someone from the dealer to inquire about the status of my application… the rep stated that my credit is only ran when in the presence of a salesman… lie, my credit was checked the day I submitted my application. Eventually we set my appointment for 1615hrs on 06AUG2019. When I got to the dealership, there was no one to meet with because all the salesmen were busy. I was told by Tony that I’d meet with Marcos, who was already occupied with another client. Marcos finally approached me after half an hour of waiting in the lobby. I explained that I wanted to trade in my truck and roll over any negative equity onto the new loan. After some numbers were ran, I was taken to two trucks, one with damage to the front bumper and side panel to which I was told could be fixed and added to the loan, and another one that was pretty much a work truck. I asked Marcos if that’s all they had, he said that’s pretty much all I could afford. This is a huge dealership, so I was a bit caught off guard. I felt like they wanted me to take their crappy trucks. I told Marcos that I was going to shop around other dealerships for more options, that’s when out of nowhere, two other trucks became available. These two trucks were much better looking, one of them was really nice on the inside with two keys. The other truck had the feel of a work truck and was diesel but the color wasn’t my favorite. I felt the Marcos was pushing for me to get the diesel, probably because it was an older model with almost double the miles as the other truck. Eventually I picked a blue 2016 Dodge Ram 1500. I told Tony I didn’t want to pay over $450, he got me to $456 I think, so I was ok with it. Marcos said he was going to get the truck cleaned up and add some fuel to it so it could be ready by the time I finished my paperwork. When I went over to speak to Finance, I walked into an argument between the finance supervisor and what I assume were his subordinates. The amount was no longer $456 but now about $470. By this time I was already worn out, over four hours later I was still there! I didn’t make much of a fuzz about it because I wanted to get out of there as soon as I could. The finance person was in pain and seemed exhausted, he had taken some severe pain medication so we were rushing through the paperwork as fast as we could. The side effects of the medication were pretty obvious, I’ve taken those type of drugs before so I understood what he was going through, however, customers should not have to experience that type of environment. I walked out with one key instead of two as Marcos had stated. Marcos was with another client and had not fueled up the truck, so that added another 20 minutes to the already long, exhausting process of buying a vehicle. Fast forward to Thursday, 08AUG2019, 2 days after purchasing the truck, the radio didn’t turn on. Since I was on the road when I realized the radio wasn’t coming on, I decided to wait until I got home to restart the truck to see if that would take care of the problem. After about 10 minutes the radio came on so I left it at that. Today, 09AUG2019, 3 days after purchasing the truck, I came outside to a dead battery! I had to get to work so I rushed to advanced auto parts to purchase a $164 dollar battery. When I turned the truck on, the screen prompted me to enter a four digit anti-theft code. I texted the dealership a few times but 2 hours later I had not received a reply. I decided to place a call to ask for this code. To my surprise, I was told I had to bring in the truck because the radio needed to be pulled out to get some numbers off of it, for a fee! You’d think a reputable business as San Antonio Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM would be sympathetic to my frustration given I just purchased this vehicle 3 days ago! Now I’m out $164 dollars with a radio that doesn’t work. Thank you, I’ll be sure to spread how you operate business with my friends. More
