Messed up truck I called the dealership twice to get a quote of fuel filter replacement nobody gave me one so I set an appointment to get my oil changed and fuel filt I called the dealership twice to get a quote of fuel filter replacement nobody gave me one so I set an appointment to get my oil changed and fuel filters(without I price which was my mistake) When going to get my truck they charged me $400 to change the fuel filters, upset but my fault for not asking more people for a quote before work started. Went to turn on my truck and it hard started because they didn’t prime my fuel system, angry I went and talked to service. They came out to look at the truck when I saw that they had also chipped paint from the middle of my door all the way to the metal. They told me they would fix it but it would be next Tuesday. I called 9 other ram dealerships after I left and they gave me quotes over the phone for the same service $100 less, so now I got screwed paying too much for them to not do it right and to also mess up my paint, I bought the truck from them in April and only has 8500 miles More

I took off 1 star for the dealership due to the current policy where I have to drop off the car & wait a few days for a diagnosis, instead of being able to expect a diagnosis within 24 hours, as I am accustomed to from other dealers nationwide.
