Bad customer service I scheduled my oil change, tire rotation, repair of rear backup camera, and having two factory recalls addressed 3 weeks from my appointment. When I m I scheduled my oil change, tire rotation, repair of rear backup camera, and having two factory recalls addressed 3 weeks from my appointment. When I made the appointment I was assured by the service rep all of the work would get done. The shop contacted me about 3 hours after I dropped the truck off and said it was ready. When I got there the service rep (Paul) said they were too busy to address the recalls and I would have to re-schedule to get them done. The tires were rotated on my dialysis with the ugly dirty rim outside on all four wheels. They should have called me and asked if I wanted the tires changed to the shiny scratch free wheels that were originally on the outside. The attitude of he service rep was HORRIBLE and he needs to learn what customer service means. I will never go back to this dealership again. You’ve been warned. More
