When I decided to trade in my vehicle, once again, I got top-dollar on my trade and they worked hard to get me the best financing, so I could qualify for all the rebates!! Saechelle was the best salesperson-she listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to get me to look at anything else. I loved the experience. Being a new resident to San Antonio, it sure is hard to know who to trust. Well, look no further! The employees of San Antonio DCJ will always treat you right! Definitely recommend! More

Horrible customer service I took a 2019 Jeep for a standard oil change, and I waited 45 minutes just for someone to assist me. Then I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for the oil I took a 2019 Jeep for a standard oil change, and I waited 45 minutes just for someone to assist me. Then I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for the oil change. After the oil change was completed they just handed me the key and said you’re vehicle is the on the lot. No explanation where my vehicle was located. Incentive I found my vehicle they had the service plaque on it. Also the previous time I brought the car in. They lost my keys and I had to wait close to 3 hours until they found it. More
