Service Experience July/August 2018 Incompetent service advisor. Dropped vehicle off (with appointment) on Monday morning. Advisor stated “may not get to it until tonight or Tuesday AM.” Incompetent service advisor. Dropped vehicle off (with appointment) on Monday morning. Advisor stated “may not get to it until tonight or Tuesday AM.” Understood. Expected call by Tuesday AM. Wednesday AM still had not heard anything. Called Wednesday and service advisor couldn’t locate paperwork and truck had not been touched. Didn’t have an assessment of work needed until Thursday AM. In the following days the service advisor never initiated calls to us to inform us of vehicle status. We had to initiate every call to determine status. Additionally, vehicle had to stay at dealership for an additional week while we were out of state on vacation, even though we took vehicle in for repairs with plenty of time to spare for repairs to be done in timely manner. 100% disappointed in this service experience (when we have used this facility numerous times in past years). We will not be returning to this location for future service. (Also, requested state inspection which was never done. Emails with insurance information were never returned or replied to.) More

PCM Recall service Took the Dodge in for a recall involving the cruise control which required reprogramming the PCM . The car was fine when I took it in and was fine when I got it back. My complaint is that if a 1/2 hr job is going to take 3 hours or more, the customer should be told that up front. I was told it would be about an 1 1/2 hours. I checked with the service writer after 2 1/2 hours and they had done nothing with it yet. It was done about 1/2 hour after that. I wonder how long it would have been if I had not asked about it. Over all the work done seems to be okay, but its best to drop it off and go about your business. Hopefully they will call when its ready. More

Requested labor rates and service manager and receptionist failed to answer. In all took my newly Ram for service was told internal valve springs failed 1000 dollars in picked up truck to have check engine light, traction control and brake light on. This dealership needs huge improvements from service managers to service advisors even the lot needs organization. I STRONGLY ADVISE TO DONT BUY A HEMI OR EVER GO THRU THIS SERVICE COMPANY. I requested assistance from corporate for months, with no succes Special thanks to Jackie for going above and beyond assisting me with my door panels.
