Horrible place to bring your vehicle to. This place is a joke! The receptionist that answer the phones are idiots that act like they can't even do a simple job like page or transfer calls. You can NEVER get ahold of anyone in the service shop for questions regarding your vehicle that's in there. The so called mechanics that work there must all be fresh out of school or was hired because they knew someone there. I have had many issues with this place everytime I take my truck here. Bring it in for a simple oil change they want to inspect your whole vehicle before they do a oil change. That's a waste of my time because now a oil change takes a hour and a half. They should only inspect your vehicle if it's requested. Then if you have a warranty they will always tell you that you need something replaced even if you don't. Then if you take it in to be worked on they say they replaced parts and charge you just to find out once you get home the part was never changed and the old dirty part is still on the vehicle. This place sucks and not to mention the service managers that sit in their office and do nothing. You can't even get ahold of them for anything also. More

I scheduled my appointment to have the issue with the interior front passenger door. Everything went smoothly. They had to order a replacement door panel.
