Just What I Wanted I had searched about 2 weeks for the exact car I wanted. I looked for SUVs from Lincoln, Mazda, Buick, Nissan, and Jeep. Richard Knoll, my salesman fr I had searched about 2 weeks for the exact car I wanted. I looked for SUVs from Lincoln, Mazda, Buick, Nissan, and Jeep. Richard Knoll, my salesman from San Antonio Dodge, was on top of everything. He was the first to call me back about buying and finding what I wanted. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and what I wanted. I test drove the DesertHawk. It was an awesome vehicle but a little too rugged for me but since it was 90% what I wanted I was going to buy. Richard then said that he had something else for me to look at and that is the car I got. Jeep Limited 4x2 loaded and black/black as I wanted. I wish I was still into 4 wheeling, that DesertHawk was nice. Adam Cantu also helped and was very professional and knowledgeable. More

I worked with Valentin P Began my search for a used GMC truck and after many days of searching I found my way to San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I worked with Valentin Panayotov via phone calls and text messaages. Val was Super! He answered all my questions and went above and beyond by sending extra photos of the truck we were interested in. He always responded quickly and with exactly what I was asking for. Drove 300 miles to see this vehicle and test drive and it was everything the pictures displayed and then some! They jumped through hoops to help a first-time buyer I went in as a first time car buyer with no established credit and no idea of how the credit system works. Not only did they work with me for hours a I went in as a first time car buyer with no established credit and no idea of how the credit system works. Not only did they work with me for hours as I test drove multiple cars, but they also explained to me the principles of APR, trade-in value, etc. The whole time I felt that they were being sincere and honest with me, much like I was a close friend to them rather than a potential client. In the end, I told them what I wanted, and they spent an entire day negotiating, and working magic to get me the best deal ever! I left with a newer car, a miracle APR rate, and a car that I'm absolutely in love with. The deal that they landed me will definitely get me ahead as I grow my credit. They practice very fast, honest, and straightforward business, and they will work hard to get you what is in your best interest. I highly recommend them! More
