He answered all of my questions, was responsive but not "pushy", and worked to get me a very fair deal for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I had to drive about 3 hours to get to the dealership, and I told him I did not want any surprises when I got there, The only surprise I got was how smooth and effortless it turned out to be, Mark was off on a Dr. appointment and was not available (I gave them only three hours notice I was driving down). Mark turned my visit over to the capable hands of Freddy Dixon, who also was also great to work with. He insisted that the car was CLEAN when we left with the new Jeep, and was also sure we had a full tank of gas. My experience with him was also fantastic. I am retired now but have 39 years in industrial sales and sales management experience. So, I know what it takes to be a good salesperson, and know how important customer service is! Purchased a new Jeep Cherokee here I cant speak for others, but as someone who absolutely hates the car buying experience and sitting in a dealership. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had by a long shot. My sales guy David Rivera was awesome. He a had great attitude and didn't have that typical salesman attitude, it was easy to talk to him and I never felt pressured. Everyone at the dealership seemed nice to me, and my finance guy who's name I cant remember was great also. Honestly everyone I dealt with seems relaxed and easy to talk to. Again I can only speak for myself but if you if your looking at buying a new car I would definably give them a try at least. Ask for David Rivera, he was my sales guy and he was easy to talk to and had great attitude. More
